C&C GROUNDWORKS – DUMP TRAILER RENTAL AGREEMENT By submitting this form, you agree to the following: Rental period begins at delivery or pickup and ends at agreed return time Customer is responsible for the trailer while in their possession Trailer must not be overloaded or exceed weight limits No hazardous materials allowed (chemicals, tires, batteries, etc.) Customer is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear Trailer must be accessible for pickup at scheduled time Additional fees apply for extended rental time or improper use C&C Groundworks is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or property during placement unless caused by negligence Payment is due as agreed prior to or at time of rental By checking the box above, you agree to all terms listed.
